Our beautiful villas are located in Polk County on the Esprit development within Fairways Lake Estates, just south of the junction where Highway 27 meets US192.  This is a peaceful residential community developed around a golf course and both villas are just one street away from the main fairway.  The golf fees are very reasonable, currently around $20 and you can hire electric carts for around $12 per day.Our guests are also permitted to make use of the communal pool, tennis and basket ball courts.  Access is also granted to our wonderful 400 acre lake for fishing or simply watching the local wildlife. At the entrance to our estate you will find a petrol station that also stocks basic food and drinks. There is also a small plaza here where you will find a bank with an ATM (cashpoint machine), a bar appropriately known as 'The Ninth Hole', a real estate agency and a liquor store (the US version of our off licence). For our guests who are travelling with Virgin Atlantic, you might be interested to know that the Virgin Holidays local office for this area is also located within the confines of this estate.
